Currently she is the chief White House correspondent for NBC News and anchors a number of news shows on MSNBC (cable segment that is part of NBC ). She was born and raised in Pennsylvania, US. Her most notable assignments have been the coverage on the campaign for president by Senator Ted Cruz and exclusive interviews with important GOP presidential candidates. Jackson was appointed chief White House correspondent by NBC. She is the wife of Douglas Hitchner and is a mother to two daughters.

Julie Banderas is an American television news reporter and anchor of the Fox News Channel. She anchors America's News Headquarters' and Fox Report Weekend'. She was hired by Fox News Channel to be a general assignment journalist in 2005. A few years later, Fox Report Weekend' was made an anchor. Through her entire career Julie Banderas has reported on numerous important subjects like Hurricane Dennis the disappearance of the US Student Natalee Holloway as well as Terri Schiavo's court case. She was awarded an award called the Outstanding Single Newscast Emmy Award (2004) for her coverage on the Republican National Convention.
